Present Perfect Tense:

1. She has come here
2. They have seen the film
3. Hanum has eaten some cake
4. Mr. Brown has spoken to his son
5. We have red that novel

Present Perfect Tense:

1. She has lived here
2. Mr. Black has eaten same cake

Past Tense:

1. He ate some cake
2. Shinta swept the floor
3. Prita cooked a fried noodles
4. Riska saw the film
